Almost There!

After today, I only have three days of work and four classes in between me and spring break. Almost there, baby! At some point, most likely next Monday, I will write a post about what my plans are for spring break. I have never been this excited in my life for something, but that's a story for next week. This week, however, I am still in the same place I was on Monday. I am behind on work and am procrastinating hard. It was a pretty good week of school. I feel like I slid through all the cracks possible. On Monday, I got back a few grades from my illustration class that were way better than I thought they were going to be. My second class had a guest speaker and we did no work. I spent the rest of the day going to the gym and grinding homework. If you read Monday’s post, you know how that was. Tuesday is the day I dread the most. I didn’t get my work done before class, so I was nervous. We were supposed to have our projects mostly done and I had barely anything. Luckily, I asked all the right questions and avoided her finding out how far behind I was. Something needs to be said about the importance of asking questions and answering questions early on in a class just so you can avoid answering the hard questions later on. I play that game and I play it well. Straight after my first class, I went to the gym, got lunch and made my way to my second class. I am not a huge fan of my Public Speaking class, but that is well noted now. I had to present a speech and it went pretty well. I hate having time constraints, but I went over by about two minutes. Shit happens. Today, I finally got my midterm back from my film class. When I first got it back I thought I got a terrible grade because of the way she graded it. I finally figured out how to read and found out I got a 94 percent. I didn’t think I did poorly, but 94 percent is way better than I thought. So, I was pretty happy. We watched American Psycho for class and I always forget how enjoyable it is. I remember hating it the first time I saw it. Ask Phoebe, she’ll remember. Every rewatch makes it better. I’m sore, I’m tired and my stomach hurts. I did the Timmy Chalamet Milk Duds thing (totally unoriginal Timmy, I had that move on lock). I ate way too many Duds way too fast. It followed up a massive Chipotle bowl, so hopefully nothing bad happens. Wink. Wink. Happy Wednesday everyone. See you on Friday.
