My First Miss!

I would love to lie to you all and tell you there were network connectivity problems or something fucked up with my computer, but unfortunately, this post counts as my first miss! I knew this day would come, and I’m glad that I at least caught this terrible mistake before I went to bed. I was scrolling on Instagram, came up with a great idea for a post, and realized it was already past midnight. I’m not going to lie—I’m really disappointed in myself. It took almost exactly a year and a half, but I knew it was inevitable. Ughh! I’m pissed. I mean, realizing only 50 minutes late isn’t the worst thing in the world, and this post will go out before I go to sleep on what was technically my Monday. I had a planned post for today too. This sucks! I took a nap after a meeting with my boss. I woke up, got some not-very-good Chipotle, and watched the TGL match. I knew I was going to play games with my friends, and my post completely slipped my mind. I played for a while, and that’s when I realized. I wish I could say it is a half miss. What is the difference between posting at 11:59 PM and everyone reading it Tuesday morning and posting at 1:00 AM and people reading in the morning? I guess there really isn’t one, but I’m still sad about it. Hopefully, this doesn’t start becoming a thing that happens often. I would be so much more upset if I didn’t notice and had to have someone point it out to me. That would’ve made me feel way worse. Hope your weekend was good—mine was pretty solid. Nothing to really complain about. It was a busy week, but in a fun way. I’ll try to be better about timing on Wednesday! How about we pretend I was on the west coast and everything is okay. That brings up an interesting point. What do I do if I am in a different time zone? If I am in England, do I have to post on time there or on time for Eastern Standard Time? Happy Monday, everyone, and sorry again!
