I've loved being home so much. I've completely filled my time seeing as many people as possible. I've realized this blog has become talking about how much I love being home. Honestly, I thought I'd never want to leave the city. I'm surprised how much I've been home and how much I enjoy it. One of my favorite things about being home is seeing my girlfriend, Violet. I decided this post will just be me bragging about her. Tomorrow will be eight months of dating and today is a great day to brag about the time I've spent with her. Violet is ridiculously pretty. I'm obsessed with her eyes. People think being an "eye guy" is weird, but as soon as you see Violet's eyes, you understand. I tell her this all the time and she always says I'm crazy. She doesn't get how pretty she is. You know the saying "a kid in the candy store"? I think that saying perfectly describes my relationship with Violet. She makes me giddy. She makes me so happy. We started dating before I left for school and she's done such a great job with me leaving. She's been a fighter and I'm so lucky that she isn't sick of me yet. I wouldn't be able to put up with my bullshit, so it's crazy that she can. I think I probably drive her crazy half the time, but she still hangs out with me. A very important thing to me is how people get along with my parents. Violet is 10/10 when it comes to being around my family. She even takes care of our dogs when nobody is home. My dad always screams "Violet is Here! Hey Violet!" when she walks in the door. My parents love her and she loves my parents. That means a lot to me. I love my girlfriend very much. I can't wait until I get to see her tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving and leave me some of your cranberry sauce. God I love cranberry sauce. Not nearly as much as I love my Violet though!
