A Short And Sweet Update

Long weekends were God's third gift to the universe. I haven’t had class since Wednesday morning, and it has been truly lovely. Being able to sleep in on a Monday morning changes the dynamic of the week. Now I only have two days of classes and another full day off! Work was very boring this weekend. There wasn’t a lot going on, and it was quite slow. Valentine’s Day was amazing, and I got to see Violet a ton this weekend. I’m very happy. I’m trying to figure out my summer plans. I have a lot of options or things to shoot for. It is only February, but I feel like thinking about it now can’t be bad. It’ll be my first summer away from home, and that is exciting as well as very scary. I’m growing up, I guess! The weather in New York City has been fucking awful. Have you ever watched Forrest Gump? The part when he is in Vietnam and it won’t stop raining from up, down, left, and right is exactly how the weather was yesterday. It was a brutal freezing rain. Today, it was as if we were on top of Mount Washington in New Hampshire. The wind was blowing so fast that I was almost falling over. I was wearing four layers, and I was still cold. I’m ready for warmer weather. I bitched and complained about how long the summer weather went on for. I feel like whenever I don’t have a ton to write about, I just bitch and complain about the weather. “It's too cold.” “It’s too wet.” Note to self: just fucking deal with it at this point. I’d love to be like Bruce Almighty and be able to change the weather. I’m going to finish watching this week's TGL matches, do a little homework, play some Xbox, and go to sleep.
