Support Large Corporations!

If you’ve been reading my blogs for a while, you know I love to support large corporations. During the pandemic, everyone was going around saying, “Support Local Businesses!” I understand this statement. I like this statement. I’m just not good at listening to this statement. I'm all for it, I promise, but how do you expect me not to eat at every fast food place? KFC isn’t a small business, but they still need my support! I find fast food to be the most convenient source of food. It’s cheaper and faster. Their efficiency really wins me over. I like local eats, but I hate that they always take three hours out of my day. I guess some places, like pizza spots, could be my alternative option. I just don’t need to eat pizza any more than I already do. I live in a place surrounded by great food, but there’s a reason why KFC and Chipotle are major corporations. They’re just that good. You can hate the player, but you can’t hate crispy chicken and those sweet, loving mashed potatoes. Mom and Pop shops can have me from time to time, but I don’t think my alliances will change very much. People tell me my health isn’t great. I either eat too little or too poorly. Now, I believe that’s my business, but I understand KFC isn’t the fountain of youth and unclogged blood vessels. I don’t go there to be healthy. If I wanted to be healthy, I’d go to Chipotle. Cava also wouldn’t be a bad option. I go to KFC to smile and fill the voids in my heart. To be completely honest with everyone, I was struggling to think of something to write about today. I happened to plan weeks ago that I was going to KFC tonight. It was written in the stars, and all I could do was read them. When I was on the way to meet Violet at the AMC (another large corporation), I was tempted by Wendy’s (another large corporation) offer for one-dollar Frostys. After I was served the best deal ever known to man, I decided that I was addicted to large corporations. I love them. I’m awful. Happy Friday! Enjoy the weekend, everyone! Yippee, Labor Day!
